Fall is my favorite season for many reasons.  Football games, campfires and holiday baking.  Life with a newborn baby doesn’t always allow for recipe-testing, grocery shopping and time in the kitchen, though.  Ya don’t say, right?  Therefore, I’ve been looking for the easiest recipes that also taste yummy.  This 1-2-3- step Halloween cake mix cookie recipe is a winner.  In fact, I made two batches of warm, gooey cookies while the baby was sleeping.  This includes a million trips to the animal’s crib to put his pacifier back in and a 30-minute stationary bike ride to work off that Mom body.  Er, or to earn my cookie-eating stripes? What simple holiday baking recipes are you making this fall? Ingredients:  Cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil and your favorite colored sprinkles. Step (1):  Use a mixer to combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs and sprinkles.  Lots and lots of sprinkles.
